The Divine Birth of Jesus Christ

We believe in the miraculous, virgin birth of Jesus Christ — that He is fully God and fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. His divine birth is the foundation of our salvation, for only a sinless God-Man could bear the sins of the world.
His Ministry on This Earth

We believe that Jesus Christ lived a perfect, sinless life on this earth — healing the sick, raising the dead, preaching the Kingdom of God, and demonstrating the love and power of the Father. His earthly ministry is our model for how the Church is called to serve the world.
His Death on the Cross

We believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross as the complete and final payment for all the sins of the world — past, present, and future. His shed blood is the only atonement for sin, and through faith in Him, every person can receive forgiveness, redemption, and eternal life. The cross is not merely a symbol — it is the power of God unto salvation.
His Resurrection Power

We believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead on the third day. His resurrection is the seal of our justification, the guarantee of our own resurrection, and the source of the power that now lives in every believer through the Holy Spirit. Because He lives, we live — and His resurrection power transforms lives, heals bodies, and raises the spiritually dead.

Pastor Kaliisa Dickson

Pastor Kaliisa Dickson is a Spirit-filled evangelist and church planter with a burning, unquenchable passion for souls. Called by God from a young age, he has dedicated his life to carrying the transformative message of Jesus Christ to communities across Africa and the world.
As the founder of Strategic Evangelism Missions, Pastor Kaliisa believes wholeheartedly in the divine birth, earthly ministry, atoning death, and resurrection power of Jesus Christ. This conviction drives every sermon he preaches, every church he plants, and every life he touches.
His ministry encompasses powerful evangelistic crusades, leadership training, church planting, and the building of Kingdom infrastructure — including churches, clinics, and schools — that serve as lasting pillars of community transformation.
Harriet Kaliisa

Harriet Kaliisa is a devoted woman of God and faithful ministry partner who stands alongside her husband in building God's Kingdom. Her life is a testimony of grace, prayer, and unwavering faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
With a heart for women's ministry and intercession, Harriet has touched countless lives through her compassionate service, teaching, and prayer. She believes deeply in the resurrection power of Jesus Christ and carries that power into every room she enters.
Her vision for Strategic Evangelism Missions includes raising a generation of godly women who are rooted in the Word, empowered by the Spirit, and committed to transforming their families, churches, and communities for Christ.
Our Story
How Strategic Evangelism Missions Began
Strategic Evangelism Missions was born out of a divine encounter — a moment when God called Pastor Kaliisa Dickson to lay down everything and follow the Great Commission with radical obedience.
Rooted in the unshakeable belief that Jesus Christ is Lord — born of a virgin, lived without sin, died for every human being, and rose triumphant from the grave — Strategic Evangelism Missions exists to carry this Gospel to every nation, tribe, and tongue.
What began as a small gathering of believers has grown into a global ministry reaching communities across East Africa and beyond, with a vision to plant churches, build clinics, establish schools, and train a new generation of Kingdom leaders.
Together, Pastor Kaliisa Dickson and Harriet Kaliisa have given their lives to the service of God's people — preaching the Gospel without compromise, praying for the sick, and building infrastructure that will outlast their generation.
Based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Strategic Evangelism Missions operates as a faith-based organization with a global reach, partnering with churches, missionaries, and donors around the world to advance the Kingdom of God.
